How much will I have to pay to reserve my date?To reserve your desired date at Our Legacy Events, we require a $300 retainer for ALL venue reservations. Half of your retainer ($150.00) will be held as a security deposit for damages and incidentals. The remainder of your retainer will be applied towards your rental fee. If all "Exit Requirements" are met, the $150.00 retainer will be returned. We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal and all major credit card payments. Please note that dates are not considered reserved until we receive the deposit and a signed rental agreement.

Do you offer refunds?At Our Legacy Events, we understand that plans can change and we strive to be as flexible as possible with our clients. However, our retainer policy states that all retainers are non-refundable. This is because we hold the space exclusively for your event, turning away other potential clients for the same date and time. In the event that you have to cancel your event, you will have 12 months to reschedule your event or your monies will be forfeited. We recommend that you carefully consider your event plans before paying your retainer. If you have any questions or concerns about our retainer policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Will you be able to hold my date without a retainer fee?Unfortunately, we cannot hold any dates without a retainer payment. In order to secure a booking, we require a non-refundable retainer fee t that will be applied towards the total cost of your event. This retainer payment ensures that your date is reserved exclusively for you and that no other events will be scheduled during that time. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability for your desired date. If you have any questions or concerns about our retainer policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

When is my final balance due?Your final balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. We require the full payment to be made at this time to ensure that everything is in order for your special day. We accept all major credit cards, cash, Zelle and PayPal. If you have any questions or concerns about your final payment, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is here to assist you every step of the way.

Do you have hourly minimums?For weekend days (Friday-Sunday), the minimum rental time is 5 hours to allow ample time for setup, party, and clean up. Weekdays have an exception on the hour minimum depending on specific needs, which can be discussed with our team. Please keep in mind that we strive to provide a seamless and unforgettable experience for all of our clients, and this minimum rental time ensures that we have enough time to make your event absolutely perfect.

Can I pick-up my party items the next day?Unfortunately, we do not allow next-day pick-ups. All party items must be removed on the same day of the event by the agreed-upon time. This policy ensures that the venue is available for the next event and is in good condition. Please coordinate pickups with your vendors. Thank you for your understanding.

Is alcohol permitted during my event?Yes, alcohol is permitted during events held at Our Legacy Events and Rentals. However, we require that any alcohol served must be provided by a licensed and insured vendor. Please note that the legal drinking age in the state of Tennessee is 21, and all guests must be of legal age to consume alcohol.

Can I set-up my event before my rental time starts?All hours needed for set-up, party, and clean-up must be included in your reservation hours booked. Our minimum reservation time includes a five-hour rental on the weekends and if you are interested in reserving during the weekday please contact us for the minimum hours required. Your reservation starts time is the time you will have access to the venue. Additional rental hours are available for purchase if needed. Can I use my own vendors for my event?Yes, absolutely! At Our Legacy Events & Rentals, we believe in giving our clients the freedom to choose their own vendors for their events. Whether you want to bring in your own catering, decorations, or entertainment, we are happy to work with you and your vendors to ensure that your event is a success. However, we do have a list of recommended vendors that we have worked with in the past and can vouch for their quality of service. If you need any recommendations, please don't hesitate to ask
